It isn't the Grand, but if you want a really central, clean, comfortable, friendly hotel in Arras that won't break the bank, this is it. It's about 20 metres from the two main squares and therefore staggering distance home from the rather fabulous Leffe bar on Place Des Heroes. We stayed 2 night with a good buffet breakfast each morning and it was about 230 euros. Not bad for a place right in the middle of the city on festival weekend.
