If you are a posh wine drinker read no furthur. I have just made my first wine run of the year. With the ferry fare and a posh lunch thrown in my wine purchases avEraged out at £2.50 a bottle (counting a wine box as 4 bottles)To get it at this price I bought wine boxes at Aldi and bottles at Lidl and Auchan.My ferry was £19 on a local paper offer and my posh lunch was in the Square.Rained all day but my reward is in my hand- a blass of Merlot that cost 5 Euro for 3 litres.Hic.
