Villa Eugenie, France
Rating:

Category: Accommodation
Region: Centre
Location: 167 Rue De Rome , Paris
You’ll definitely know you’re in Paris when you stay at the Villa Eugenie. You won’t see any beige walls or IKEA blond wood in sight – just dark curvy furniture in the style of Napoleon III, rose-coloured wallpaper and bookshelves lined with books. While the rooms at the Villa Eugenie can’t be called spacious, they are cosy and very French, with matching bedspreads and curtains, a small writing desk and tall windows that let in loads of natural light. Some of the superior rooms even have a balcony with views, and Jacuzzi baths. They’ve all been updated with Internet access, satellite TV and individually controlled air conditioning, so you won’t really feel like you’re living in the 19th century. It’s located the 17th Arrondissement near the Square des Batignolles and Sacré-Cœur Basilica, and you can either walk or hop on a bus for the short ride to the metro.
